What is the proper handling of the SIM?




1. When removing the SIM card from the SIM card holder, carefully push the SIM from behind the holder.

    It also advisable to use gloves and other protections like dry cloth to avoid cut incidents.

2. Always keep the metal part of SIM free from cuts, dust, and other harsh material for it may cause SIM malfunctions.

3. Modifying the SIM card may cause malfunctions. It is advisable to keep the SIM card under proper handling and maintenance.

4. SIM card must be free from direct sunlight and/or humidity. It may cause malfunction or data loss.

5. SIM card is exclusively for Japan Use.

6. Expiry date of the SIM card is available in the package. Make sure that APN must be activated before the expiry date.
    Please be advised that expired SIM cannot be used anymore.

7. No refund to loss of SIM card after purchase.

8. Keep the SIM card out of reach of Children.
